MYKONOS FISH MARKETS.. does it get any fresher than this?
Beach Club Cafe, Bahamas. Sit outside and take in the ocean waves with your cocktail of fresh fruit as you wait for one of the best pizzas you will ever taste. ( Yes in of all places, the Bahamas). You can literally watch your pizza cook in the outside brick oven, the pizzas are super thin and come with really interesting choices of toppings. Leave the resort you are staying at and cab it to this wonderful restaurant for a really fun evening.
NO RESERVATIONS….
Food worth every minute of your wait. A trip to Roberta’s in Brooklyn is a must. It’s such a unique NYC dining experience. Fresh ingredients grown right in the back of the restaurant as pictured here. You can wait with your cocktails and check out the gardens of goods that will end up on your plate. They are most famous for their pizza, but I think everything on the menu is spot on.
If I owned a restaurant I would want it to look like this and serve the same exact food…
Press in St. Helena, California
The philosophy behind the menu is what every restaurant should follow. Fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farmers, high quality steaks, (grass fed cows of course), free range poultry, an extensive wine list, perfectly cold martinis in an amazing space made to look like a modern barn…. what more could a girl want?
An island and hotel I won’t be returning to.
It’s hard to imagine that this amazing beach on which The W Hotel, Vieques Island lives is anything but amazing, but this hotel and island just did not deliver. Perhaps things have changed in the year since I have been but the food was awful, the customer service at the hotel was not so great and the island was just too underdeveloped for me. I appreciate a place with not many hotels but The W is literally the only choice you have.
